My Husband and I will be on our vacation in Los Angeles when this is happening. I was disappointed that I wasn’t going to be able to make my CSTS Screening here at home, so I’m thrilled to find one that I will be able to attend. How far away is the Screening from LAX? We’ll be staying near the airport, and I don’t really know the area, so any information would be appreciated.
Looking forward to attending,
Patty Bryant (from Florida)

Hi there, Patty! I’m so happy you’ll be joining us in Pasadna. Pasadena is about thirty miles from LAX. Here’s a Google map showing directions from LAX to the theater itself:

The best thing to do would be head up there earlier in the day before rush hour starts. The route to get up there is usually littered with traffic during rush hour, so avoiding that would be very beneficial. Good luck! “_

Hi Patty! I Googled map both the Pasadena and OC locations and OC is only 17 more miles (and 12 minutes) away then the distance to Pasadena so you can watch both screenings if you’d like

Just finished purchasing my OC tickets. (Already got my LA one a few weeks ago XD ) My sister’s visiting from Sacramento specifically on this weekend so we can attend both shows together. Needless to say we’re both pretty jazzed about it. (I also loved how easy it was to get everything together in one place). Hope it’s this easy next year too!

Hi Patty,
More directions:
If you can’t drive, the easiest way to get to Pasadena is to catch the LAX FlyAway bus at LAX to Union Station ($4 per person) and then catch the Gold Line Light Rail to Pasadena. Coming back might be a problem, as the Gold Line stops running around midnight, but the FlyAway runs 24hrs. You can see the details at http://www.metro.net & http://www.lawa.org/flyaway/. Good luck!

Hi Jeremy,
I’ve sent you an email. We will have tickets available for every screening at the door. Just find our table in the lobby and buy your tickets. All of the screenings should have enough tickets to handle all walk-up buyers.
Thanks and see you there!
James
